The general background about the supplier, such as its human resources The supplier’s production capability: key process parameters, equipments, tooling ability, warehousing, etc. Planning and implementation extent of the supplier’s quality and management system (ISO9001, ISO14001,SA8000 and many others). The supplier’s organization chart, subcontractors, pay roll, electricity or water bill, and other track records. Photographs or videos of the premises
