1. Pre-production Inspection
Identify any potential flaws in the raw materials, components or accessories, and verify the problems found immediately.
At the initial stage of production, we will carry out inspection on the raw materials, components and accessories based on the descriptions and sample(s) given by our clients. After the inspection, potential problems may be discovered and suggestions will be given for clients in order to make sure the production will conform to their requirements.

The production line and capacity of the factory
The factory facilities: its machinery and equipments
Raw materials, components and accessories
Semi-finished products.
2. Dur-production Inspection
Ensure the product quality be guaranteed and look into the lurking problems which need to be justified before the whole production is finished.
When 20%-30% of the production is completed, we will carry out the sampling inspection according to our clients’ product sample(s) and descriptions. Main inspection points:

3. Pre-shipment Inspection
Ascertain the finished products will coincide with the clients’ requirements.
After 100% of the production is finished and packed, and before the delivery, we will carry out the international sampling program like MIL-STD-105E（ISO2859-1）.

4. Container Loading
Make sure the container used is suitable for your product transport, and seal the container after the whole loading is finished in order to lower the risk of the products being altered for other goods.
Main inspection points:
Weather record, time of arrival of the container, the container and vehicle number
Condition of container (inner and outer status), including its breakage, dampness and odour
Quantity and packaging
Seal the container
Supervision of the overall loading process
Seal the container
The seal number and departure time of the container
